This Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) Decision Making Tool makes it easier for practitioners to select CVA modality and delivery mechanism taking various factors, context and situation related to intervention into consideration. This tool is developed with learning derived through various Mercy Corps’ CVA programs operating in diverse geographical areas and terrains such as Pahad (hilly), Terai (plain) and Himal (mountainous) regions of Nepal and during different types of shocks and stresses. Therefore, the tool helps the CVA practitioners to make refined concise choices during CVA project designing.
